Payment
for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card (or debit
card or similar) debit using WorldPay. Subscriptions will be automatically
renewed for the monthly term upon expiration, unless Property Radar is
notified via email (support@property-radar.com), at least 7 days prior to
the subscription ending, and Property Radar confirms cancellation with the
subscriber. Property Radar cannot be held responsible for the lack of timely
delivery of email. If Property Radar does not respond to the Subscribers
request for cancellation within 48 hours, it is the Subscribers
responsibility to contact Property Radar and re-request subscription
cancellation. Subscription to our Services may be terminated at any time,
and without cause, by Property Radar. When termination is requested by a
Subscriber, subscription fees that have been processed may be refunded at
our sole discretion. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them
until the end of subscription. You have the right to cancel a subscription
within 30 days of subscribing. If cancelled a refund will be made.

Subscriber hereby agrees to terms and conditions herein, and authorizes
Property Radar to charge the Subscriber's credit card (or debit card or
similar) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. |

These
conditions and any claim based upon use of this website shall be governed by
the laws of England and you agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English courts. |

All
affiliates get paid through the highly secure Paypal service (www.paypal.com).
Payments will be monthly, as long as the Minimum Payment Threshold
(initially set at £50) has been exceeded. Any amounts under this threshold
will be rolled over to the next month, until the payments due to you exceed
the threshold. Once payments reach un upper threshold (currently set at
£1000) then these can be paid by cheque, on request. Please note, that there
will be a small banking charge (currently £1.00) for each payment.

Since
there is a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, any refunds due will result in the
commission being recovered from each affiliate paid. We will aim to avoid
this, by paying affiliates one month after each member has made their first
payment. |

We would
recommend that you use our marketing materials, including the banners
provided because they have been proven to work effectively. However, if you
wish to use your own marketing materials, then please email them to us at

for approval. Please do not use your own marketing materials until you have
received written approval from us, because we need to ensure that there is
no misrepresentation or any false claims being made. Please note: Use of any
unapproved marketing materials could result in termination of your
membership and any future commissions due. |

use our logo only with company approved marketing material. Please note: Use
of Property Radar logo(s) on any unapproved marketing materials or for
promoting other services could result in termination of your membership and
any future commissions due. |

All
affiliates are responsible for paying their own taxes, and are not deemed to
be employees of Property Radar. |
